Pattaya City Hall 📝Qualifications of those eligible to run for election – Those eligible to run for election as Mayor of Pattaya City. Must be at least 35 years of age as of election day, i.e. persons born before 30 June 1991, have Thai nationality – those eligible to run for election as members of the Pattaya City Council. Must be at least 25 years of age as of election day, i.e. persons born before 30 June 2001 – those eligible to run for election as Mayor of Pattaya City. and those eligible to run for election as members of the Pattaya City Council Must have a name listed in the house registration in Pattaya on the date of election application for at least 1 consecutive year, counting from the date of application for election. – Those who will apply to be elected mayor of Pattaya City. Must have completed at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent. – Those applying for election as members of the Pattaya City Council. Educational qualifications are not limited – must not have prohibited characteristics as specified by law (Note: Section 50 (21)* is not effective according to the Constitutional Court decision No. 5/2023 dated 3 May 2023 that the Local Council Election Act or local administrators, B.E. 2019, Section 50 (21) “Have had the right to vote revoked and five years have not yet elapsed from the date the right to vote was revoked until the election day” contrary to or contrary to the Constitution, Section 26, paragraph one) 📃Evidence of election application – Election application form according to the form S.T./P.Th.4/1 – Photo of straight face, not wearing a hat. or a picture that is clearly printed like your own photograph Width approximately 8.5 centimeters, length approximately 13.5 centimeters, 6 pictures – copy of national ID card – copy of house registration – medical certificate – evidence of education.
