LOMA RUN ON THE BEACH 2025 is back for its 11th year, and trust us—you don’t want to miss it! This isn’t just any beachside fun run; it’s a community-powered event that combines fitness, good food, and giving back. Set against the beautiful backdrop of Jomtien Beach, this event is all about getting active and supporting a great cause at the same time.
Brought to you by Pattaya City, in collaboration with H.H.N. Foundation for Thai Children, LOMA RUN Organizer, and the Tourism Authority of Thailand (Pattaya Office), the run is happening on Sunday, September 21, 2025, from 4:30 AM to 9:00 AM at Dongtan Beach, Jomtien. This year’s theme? “Run • Eat • Give”—a simple but powerful message that brings runners of all ages together to raise scholarship funds for underprivileged children in Thailand.
🏃♀️ Race Categories
You can choose from two main race types:
🔹 Fun Run – 5 km
- Top 50 male and female finishers receive a cute dolphin plushie (100 total)
- Overall male/female winners (Top 3) receive trophies
- Special LGBTQ+ category: Top 5 get trophies
- Age group trophies: Juniors (under 10), 11–19, and 20+
- 5 special prizes for kids with the most fun/fancy costumes (no rankings)
🔹 Mini Marathon – 11 km
- Top 100 male and female finishers get dolphin plushies (200 total)
- Overall male/female winners (Top 3) receive trophies + cash:
🥇 3,000 THB | 🥈 2,000 THB | 🥉 1,000 THB - LGBTQ+ Top 5 overall get trophies + cash prizes
- Age group categories: 19 years to 60+ years
- 5 fancy dress awards for adults (no rankings)
🌊 Scenic Route
- Fun Run 5 km: 3.5 km on road + 1.5 km along the beach
- Mini Marathon 11 km: 9.5 km on road + 1.5 km beachside
- Start & finish line: Dongtan Beach (Jomtien)
